Eligibility Requirements

  • Product must be in unused, like-new condition
  • Original packaging should be included (not required for refund approval)
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Custom engravings do NOT affect eligibility - we accept returns even with personalization

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@tigonfc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and ship it using our prepaid label.
  4. Get Your Refund: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear on your card statement. If you used PayPal, the refund will go to your PayPal account.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: FREE! We provide a prepaid return label for all returns within the US.

Original Shipping: If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost ($0) is already included in your refund. International return shipping may have different terms - contact us for details.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product:

  1. Request a refund for your current item
  2. Place a new order for the item you prefer

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or the NFC chip is defective:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost (shipping included)
  • No need to return the damaged item in most cases

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the United States, please contact us for return shipping instructions. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but full product refunds still apply.
