International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International orders include:

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  • Look for package in mailbox, porch, or safe location
  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  • Contact us - we'll file a claim and send a replacement

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Holidays and Peak Seasons

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing and delivery times may be extended by 1-3 business days. We'll notify you if your order is affected.
